Central Securities Depository participated in the annual meeting of ACSDA organized by the Caja de Valores S.A. (CVSA) and Stock Market of Buenos Aires S.A. (Merval) of Argentina. This is the second time that this event is held in the city of Buenos Aires, it is having previously organized in March 2004.

Worldwide, ANNA is the association that seeks the global adoption of common identification standards according to ISO 6166 with the purpose of making the financial world more efficient and secure. To meet this purpose, ANNA designates national numbering agencies in each country and, in the case of Chile, Depósito Central de Valores is the national numbering agency.

Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) released a new service for participants. As of March participants may perform contributions and redemption of mutual fund instalments with financial instruments in DCV directly with the issuer, or through the submission of a basket of distinct securities as defined in the regulation of each mutual fund.
