Mining Collateral

The Mining Guarantees service allows mining companies in Chile to physically maintain the guarantees required by Law 20,551 to fully and timely comply their obligations.

With the security and infrastructure that characterizes us as custodian of securities in Chile, we are authorized by the Financial Market Commission (CMF) (former SVS) to safeguard A1 instruments, specifically, generating certificates of custody required by SERNAOGEMIN to the companies from the mining sector.
