Dear Participants

Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) wishes to inform its participants that on January 24th, 2017, Inversiones Maipo S.A. Gestión de Activos, on behalf of Maipo Fondo de Inversión, shall initiate the swap period of series H bonds issued by La Polar S.A., owned by the Maipo fund. It will conclude at 15:00 hours on February 22nd, when the Depositors interested in participating shall communicate so to the Fund by means of a duly signed application letter, authorizing DCV to deliver H bonds in a proportion to be defined at the end of such period, as well as potential carryovers.
