Dear Depositor Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) wishes to inform you that the Fund Aurus Capital Renta Inmobiliaria Fondo de Inversión, currently managed by AURUS CAPITAL S.A. ADMINISTRADORA GENERAL DE FONDOS, will be managed by LARRAIN VIAL ACTIVOS S.A. ADMINISTRADORA GENERAL DE FONDOS as of March 3rd, 2017. As of the abovementioned date, the Fund will modify: Corporate Name – Fondo de Inversión LV-PATIO Renta Inmobiliaria I. -Code, It will retain its current code, since the Santiago Stock Exchange is processing the approval of the new code . En relación al RUT, se les informa que éste no sufrirá modificación alguna. Regarding the Taxpayer Number, we advise you that it will not be modified. Finally, upon the approval of the new Code, DCV will change its systems, so that the depositors (fund contributors) can see their current securities under the new Code. As of the abovementioned date, the Fund will modify:

Corporate Name – Fondo de Inversión LV-PATIO Renta Inmobiliaria I.

-Code, It will retain its current code, since the Santiago Stock Exchange is processing the approval of the new code .
