Cancellation of the registration of “Forestal Cholguán S.A.” (CHOLGUAN) - Depósito Central de Valores


Dear Depositors, Depósito Central de Valores would like to inform its participants that on Thursday, April 5th, 2018, the Santiago Stock Exchange cancelled the registration of “Forestal Cholguán S.A.” (CHOLGUAN), since, upon the company’s request, the Commission for the Financial Market cancelled the registration of that Company and its shares in the Securities Registry, by means of Exempt Resolution No. 1125, dated March 28th, 2018. As provided for in DCV’s Internal Regulation (Number 6.1.3), within 30 days as from this communication, those Depositors holding balances in “Forestal Cholguán S.A.” (CHOLGUAN) must withdraw their securities.
