Dear Depositors, In order to ensure proper recording of dividend payments, especially in May (characterized by the high number of processes by issuing companies managed by DCV Registros), we kindly request that you inform a payment method for the instruments in your portfolios, at least 4 days prior to the close of the registry. This term applies to both depositor and nominee accounts, and to modify payment methods that have already been registered. Please bear in mind that an instruction signed by 2 attorneys-in-fact of the custodian will be required to enter or amend payment methods of nominee accounts.
