Separation of clearinghouses by balance accounts - Depósito Central de Valores


Dear Participants, Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) wishes to inform you that the project Separation of Clearinghouses by Accounts, has been successfully completed and is currently operating. This initiative was implemented with CCLV Central Counterparty, as provider of market infrastructure, and it was aimed at improving the process to register operations informed by CCLV, incorporating an alternative that allows them separate each clearinghouse by balance account, resulting in an efficient and flexible settlement process for each one of them, supporting operating and control processes. We would like to remind Depositors that, in order to use the accounts, they must be created and authorized by DCV. Thus, if any of these processes is missing, they must coordinate the creation and registration of the account with DCV.
