The Head of Inbest Chile was invited to join the second annual cycle of "DCV Discussion Spaces," where he talked about the capital market challenges after the Chile Day event.

This morning, the second annual cycle of "DCV Discussion Spaces" took place in the offices of Depósito Central de Valores (DCV), where Alberto Etchegaray, Head of the Inbest Chile, analyzed the main challenges for the local financial market after the Chile Day event held this year in New York and Toronto.

The event, led by Guillermo Tagle, Chairman of DCV's Board of Directors, and Rodrigo Roblero, General Manager,  Javier Jara, Legal and Corporate Affairs Manager, and  Claudio Garín, Business and Customer Experience Manager, was an interesting instance for analysis that meets the purpose of promoting relevant discussions for the industry and its link with financial market issues that are currently important for society.

Guillermo Tagle highlighted how important it is for DCV to promote these reflection and discussion instances, especially given the current challenging scenario in the country and where a strong financial market plays a vital role in creating trust.

In the same line, Rodrigo Roblero added: "The Chilean financial market must be reliable. Considering this, DCV seeks to contribute to technology transformation for the market, providing state-of-the-art solutions with international standards.

Given these challenges, Alberto Etchegaray said, "Public-private partnerships must support our country's participation in international events. We need to attend these events with a country purpose. This is the approach we are using to face these market challenges."

It must be noted that the attendants agreed that these types of conversations are necessary to strengthen and coordinate the financial sector and contribute with initiatives for better financial education of SMEs and new growing businesses.
