DCV reminds you of important information about the cancellation of orders

Dear Depositors,

As informed by DCV in Circular 339 of December 15, 2021, and reinforced in DCV's newsletter of June 28, 2023.

To reduce errors and potential discrepancies when receiving those forms, DCV informs the following:

  • Once the depositor sends an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. (the only channel that receives that information), we request not canceling the order informed to DCV without first sending a notification to the same email address where the form was sent. The process to cancel an order may only take place after the approval from custody. This way, we will ensure that orders are in the correct status to avoid inconsistencies and processing errors.
  • Depositors are responsible for checking the status of the deposit and withdrawal orders created in DCV Evolution that have not been sent to DCV Custody to be processed. In this case, depositors can cancel these without prior notice to DCV to release balances (in the case of withdrawals) and keep the consistency of the current orders (in the case of deposit orders)).
