he company’s capital will be increased by US $ 3,000,000,000, through the issuance of 18,729,788,686 common, ordinary payment shares, all of same series and without par value. |

The shareholders will be entitled to subscribe 0,326003960684452 new shares for each share they hold registered in the Register of Shareholders as of June 21st, 2019. |

It shall be informed along with the same notice initiating the period, on June 27th, 2019. |
