“Continuity for the DVP service” tests between DCV and ComBanc

Dear Participant:

As informed on August 7th, 2019, the Depósito Central de Valores in conjunction with Combanc, have been working on the development of a project to permit providing continuity for the DVP service, if the Swift service is unavailable, either in ComBanc and/or in DCV.

On this occasion, we inform you that on Friday, August 23th, 2019, we will be carrying out a second test between ComBanc and DCV associated with the contingency mechanism that is operational in production in both entities.

Like the tests carried out on Friday, August 9th, 2019, these will be controlled, so it is expected that there will be no impact on the transactional operations sent by the participants. These tests will be carried out from 5:20 p.m., incorporating the bilateral settlement of operations. This time, your participation in the activity will not be required.
