Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) celebrated its 32 anniversary in "Piso 18" in Santiago with 170 collaborators from all departments focusing on closeness, reunions, and new challenges.
With a renewed format and in a relaxed spirit, the party, organized by the People Management Department, was held with the aim of strengthening the organizational culture. "We wanted a more intimate space where we could foster camaraderie, recognition, and a sense of belonging. It was a night to share and connect with everyone," said Sandra Valenzuela, People Manager.
A meaningful celebration
One of the central moments of the evening was the speech of DCV's General Manager Rodrigo Roblero, who emphasized that "we are celebrating 32 years, and it is an opportunity to recognize those whose work has contributed to the success of this company, 2024 was a year of great achievements: we launched DCV Digital, advanced our cross-border custody service, established a partnership with EVoting and delivered the first APIs, among other important developments."
The CEO also extended an invitation to "continue working with innovation, determination, and excellence as we have done for 32 years, to face new challenges with the same conviction that has allowed us to consolidate our position as a relevant player in the capital market."
During the event, the re-launch of the corporate volunteer program was also announced, now focusing on a long-term partnership with the Children's Home Corporación de Menores Hogar José María Caro in La Pintana. The purpose of this new partnership is to establish a lasting, ongoing, and enduring relationship that aims to contribute to educational development and enriching recreation.
