DCV Registros Contributes to the Digital Transformation of the Market

DCV-EVOTING

Nearly 60% of this year's shareholders' meetings were held remotely

During March and April, 67 of the 114 meetings managed by DCV Registros, a subsidiary of DCV, and a leader in the administration of shareholder and investor registries since 2000, were held remotely or in hybrid mode, equivalent to 58.8%. This reflects a significant shift in the way companies interact with their shareholders. This advancement not only represents the modernization of the process but also validates the coordinated work of our teams in consolidating a more agile, secure, and reliable model.

In total, we held 62 meetings using our new e-voting platform, developed in partnership with EVoting. This tool has been instrumental in enhancing traceability, efficiency, and the overall experience for both issuers and shareholders.

Of the total number of meetings managed with the new platform, 10 were completely online, 44 were in hybrid mode, and 8 were in-person with technological support.

This progress was also reflected in the usage among the country's leading companies: 26 of the 30 companies that are part of IPSA opted for remote or hybrid formats.

As Javier Gana, head of DCV's Commercial department, points out, "It was a year of profound change that fills us with pride. We trained teams, migrated systems, and accompanied our clients through all the steps, offering a more dynamic and robust service that they value".

Felipe Lorca, CEO of EVoting, also underscored the impact of this collaboration, noting that it was a successful year in which they deployed high-standard technology together with the DCV team without incidents or complaints, achieving a robust and reliable service.

This milestone not only reflects the commitment to innovation but also the effort and dedication of all the areas involved. We continue to advance in our purpose of acting as a solid bridge between issuers and their shareholders, now with a more digital and transparent approach.
