In order to optimize the management of its services, improve the experience of its clients, and strengthen the value it brings to the capital markets, Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) has worked over the last few months to transform its corporate structure.
In this context, the Product and Business Development Management was created under the leadership of Javier Jara Traub, who has more than 30 years of experience in the organization. This new management team will focus on enhancing the current service offering, developing new solutions for the market, and strengthening DCV's strategic relationships with its different stakeholders.
In parallel, the Commercial and Customer Experience Management, led by Claudio Garín Palma, reinforces its structure with the incorporation of a new area of service specialists. The main mission of this team will be to reduce query resolution times, improve the quality of interactions, and ensure a more efficient and personalized service.
