DCV "Quality of Life" Project - The Well-being of Our Collaborators is Vital

"There is no doubt that healthy teams are productive teams that have a better adaptation capacity and improve the efficiency of DCV," says Sandra Valenzuela, People and Culture Manager.

Behind every solution provided by Depósito Central de Valores (DCV), there is a great team of people. The "Quality of Life" Project was created with this team in mind to improve our collaborators' satisfaction levels in the workplace and promote prevention and self-care.

To innovate constantly, this year, we included a series of activities, interactive training, agreements, and benefits in our program to provide a better experience, promoting well-being and self-care in our Company.

"There is no doubt that healthy teams are productive teams that have a better adaptation capacity and improve the efficiency of DCV," says Sandra Valenzuela, People and Culture Manager at DCV.

This comprehensive initiative comprises a new hybrid work system of two days in-office and three remotely; monthly visits from health professionals such as masseurs, physical therapists, and dietitians that provide tools and guidelines for self-care; and discounts in services and products from different categories.

In addition, activities are taking place at the office, such as the "Nutribike" and a soccer league to promote integration and collaboration in the work teams, interactive training with tools for well-being, healthy activation breaks, sports training, relaxation, nutrition tips and recommendation for remote working, etc.

On its eighth anniversary, the Quality of Life Program is a source of pride for DCV since it "acknowledges the need of well-being for people to move forward at building a flexible and agile company, with empowered teams and that rapidly adapts to the challenges of the market and our clients," says the People and Culture Manager.

Today's challenge is to strengthen the program and innovate every year to benefit more collaborators of DCV.
