ISO 22301 is the standard for managing business continuity within
an organization, and ISO 27001 is the standard
for information security systems.

After successful internal auditing processes conducted on the management systems during the second semester of 2021, Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) prepared itself to face the corresponding follow-up audit. The purpose of the above is to keep the certification of international standards ISO 22301 and 27001 for the Business Continuity Management System and the Information Security Management System, respectively.

These certifications are valid for three years, and annual reviews are considered. The process was in charge of the British Standards Institution (BSI), and it took place remotely due to the pandemic.

As a result, DCV kept the certification of international standards ISO 22301 and 27001, highlighting the fact that no noncompliances were found.

DCV believes that a thorough approach to risk management, regulations compliance, and adhesion to international standards are vital in its operation. The Business Continuity Management System and the Information Security Management System are examples of our firm commitment to providing the best services to the Chilean market.
