Dear Issuers,
To offer an excellent service in administrating shareholders' registers and provide security in each process, DCV Registros implements a series of security protocols such as checking signature registrations, reviewing legal information, and phone and in-person ratifications. These mechanisms are intended to directly benefit registry processes without which it is not possible to proceed with shares transfers, pledge registrations and releases, amendment of shareholders' information, dividend payments, shares auctions, etc.
However, at DCV Registros, we understand that there may be exceptions to the mentioned rules, and to address them and keep standardized criteria, we request issuers to do the following:
- Issue an exception request letter with the information described in the letter form, and
- Fill in the authorization matrix. This matrix must be completed only once, and the confirmation of its validity will be requested every two years. A new matrix must be completed in case of changing legal representatives.
Both documents can be downloaded from the links provided in this newsletter, and they must be delivered according to the following requirements:
- The documents must be presented in three original copies (or a copy with an advanced electronic signature.)
- Attach notarized copies of the ID cards of the authorized persons, and
- A copy of the deed of the legal status of the representative delegating powers.
