DCV Informs about the Full Prepayment of Banco BICE

Dear Depositors,

According to the Bonds Issuance Agreement of April 14, 2014, of Issuer BANCO BICE, the full prepayment of series 59 (Instrument identifier BBIC590314) has been set for June 16, 2023, considering a factor to be paid for every 1,000 UF of the nominal value of the Bond in $35,454,138 (thirty-five million four hundred and fifty-four thousand one hundred and thirty-eight Chilean pesos).

This amount will be paid on June 16, 2023, and the series will be written off from the obligations of Issuer BANCO BICE.
