LATAM AIRLINES GROUP S.A. Informs About the Series I Bonds Conversion Collective Option

Dear Depositors,

Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) informs you that, regarding the provisions of letter "e," number Four, clause Seven of the fixed amount convertible bonds G, H, and I issuance agreement of Latam Airlines S.A. (hereinafter, the "Issuer") registered in public deed, on July 7, 2022, under registry number 10819.-2022, amended by: (I) public deed on August 16, 2022, under registry number 13419-2022; and (ii) public deed on September 7, 2022, under registry number 14987-2022, all registered at the Notary of Santiago of Mr. Eduardo Diez Morello, which was registered in the Securities Register administered by the Financial Market Commission under No. 1116 on September 2, 2022 (hereinafter, the "Issuance Agreement," and the series I convertible bonds chargeable to the same, the "Series I convertible bonds"), Latam Airlines S.A. informs you about the following:

1. To date, the holders of Series I convertible bonds have exercised the individual conversion option considered in letter "a," number Four, clause Seven of the Issuance Contract, for the Series I convertible bonds, representing more than 50% of all the Series I convertible bonds, thus reaching the Collective Option Percentage.
2. Given the above, the collective conversion option considered in the Issuance Agreement has been made effective on this date. Therefore the remainder of the Series I convertible bonds will be automatically converted as per the terms established in the Issuance Contract. For that, Latam Airlines S.A. (the Issuer) will make the corresponding notes in the registers (including registering the holders of Series I convertible bonds as shareholders in the Issuer's shareholders' register) by the second Business Day after the date of this communication, against the credit to be made by DCV in the account informed by the Issuer, of the Holdings of the Series I convertible bonds that will be converted into shares.

The shares will be created in the Shareholders' register of LATAM AIRLINES and may be deposited if the depositor decides to do so.
