DCV Reminds You About the Billing Files in the DCVe Platform

Dear Participants:

As informed in the DCV Newsletter on September 07, 2022, we would like to remind you that in the new DCVe Platform, users will not have text files available with billing charges as in the previous DCV web application (SADE).

Instead, the F036 Client Details Invoice will be available, highlighting the following:

• This report must be requested to the Help Desk from the start-up of the new Platform on Tuesday, August 16, 2022, until further notice, starting on the 10th of each month or the next business day. In the future, once DCV confirms it through a release, authorized users may check the information directly through the DCVe Platform.
• This report contains the totals of the billing charges, which are grouped by investor (when applicable), fee, and fee band.

Also, please consider that in the DCVe Platform, the billing process (issuance) will take place within the first ten days of each month.
