Important information about the H-LTM bonds conversion process

Dear Participants,

DCV informs you of the following regarding the deposit of shares coming from the conversion of the BLATM- H series bond: 

Each depositor must specify in the Deposit form, box "Movement Folio," that the shares to be deposited are of the "Bond H Conversion" type as described in the image.

1. Each depositor must specify in the Deposit form, box "Movement Folio," that the shares to be deposited are of the "Bond H Conversion" type as described in the image.

2.  DCV will register the prohibition to sell established in the issuance contract set forth in the public deed of July 7, 2022, in the Notary's Office of Eduardo Diez Morello, amended through public deed on August 16, 2022, in the same Notary's Office, expressing the restriction conditions set forth in the contract, mainly, that it will be valid until the 4th anniversary of the reorganization plan's effective date. 

3. Those depositors that receive shares in their holdings accounts must abstain from making transactions on them to allow DCV to register the prohibition to dispose of the previous item.
