Information on the N°. 73 Interim Dividend Payment in USD of INVERCAP S.A.

Dear Participants,

We wish to inform the shareholders of INVERCAP S.A. that due to the final dividend distribution No. 73, those shareholders registered by midnight of August 25, 2022, are entitled to receive it as follows:

The dividend payment will take place starting August 31, 2022, for those shareholders registered in the Corporation's Shareholders' Register on the fifth business day before this date.

The final dividend may be paid in Chilean Pesos or U.S. Dollars, as requested by the Corporation's shareholders, based on the following procedure if requested in USD:

Those shareholders who choose to receive their dividend payment in U.S. Dollars must request it expressly to the Corporation through a request made by their current legal representative to DCV Registros, before August 26, 2022, via email to  This email address is being protected from spambots. To receive the payment, shareholders must provide their name or business name, taxpayer I.D. number, specify if the payment is to be made with a check or if it will be deposited in a USD current account, and if the latter is selected, provide the bank and USD current account number, the beneficiary bank's Swift Code, and/or ABA code. In this case, the payment will be made through a bank transfer to the bank account indicated in the request. The request form to be sent to DCV Registros can be downloaded at www.dcv.cl from August 10, 2022.

Those shareholders that do not request their payment in USD in the form and date previously mentioned will be understood as deciding to receive the payment in pesos irrevocably.
