Information on the No. 138 Final Dividend Payment in USD of CAP S.A.

Dear Participants,

We wish to inform the shareholders of CAP S.A. (hereinafter "CAP" or the "Corporation") that due to the final dividend distribution No. 138 (the "Dividend"), those shareholders registered by midnight of August 23, 2022, are entitled to receive it.

The dividend payment will take place starting August 29, 2022, for those shareholders registered in the Corporation's Shareholders' Register on the fifth business day before this date.

The payment of the mentioned final dividends may be made in Chilean Pesos or U.S. Dollars, as requested by the Corporation's shareholders, based on the following procedure if requested in USD:

Those shareholders who choose to receive their dividend payment in U.S. Dollars must request it expressly to the Corporation through a request made by their current legal representative to DCV Registros, before August 24, 2022, via email to This email address is being protected from spambots. To receive the payment, shareholders must provide their name or business name, taxpayer I.D. number, bank and USD current account number, the beneficiary bank's Swift Code, and/or ABA code. In this case, the payment will be made through a bank transfer to the bank account indicated in the request. The request form to be sent to DCV Registros can be downloaded at www.dcv.cl from August 09, 2022. If the payment is requested by check, it must be collected in the Shareholders' Service Department at Av. Los Conquistadores 1730, floor 24, Providencia.

Those shareholders that do not request their payment in USD in the form and date previously mentioned will be understood as deciding to receive the payment in pesos irrevocably.
