Operating Hours of the Custody Office and DCV Registros from January 3, 2022

Dear Depositors,

Depósito Central de Valores S.A. (DCV) and its subsidiary DCV Registros would like to inform about the return to work plan for our offices and customer service.

We would like to remind you that to control the number of people allowed in the office and to protect our shareholders, depositors, and collaborators, custody-related services and customer service will be provided with booked appointments at the office of DCV Registros. In-person customer services will be provided as follows with a previously booked appointment:


From Monday, January 3, 2022:

  • Shareholders Service Department: from Monday to Thursday from 09:30 a.m to 5:00 p.m and Friday until 4:00 p.m.
  • Custody (office): Monday - Friday from 09:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
  • Equity Deposit and Withdrawal Forms: Digital format will continue (according to the protocol informed on December 15, 2021, in  Circular 339 on our website and sent via email to our Depositors. Monday - Friday from 09:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.


Prevention Measures when visiting our offices:

We request all of our clients to consider the prevention measures being implemented and respect at all times the prevention signs installed when visiting our DCV offices located at Nueva Santa María tower, Av. Los Conquistadores 1730, floor 24, Providencia.

  • Masks must be worn at all times.
  • All visitors must carry their I.D. cards, and mobility passes as required.
  • All visitors must identify themselves at the entrance hall (floor -1) with the receptionist of DCV Registros, who will provide a visitor access card to enter the 24th floor.
  • Only visitors with appointments may enter the building.
  • Once on the 24th floor, visitors must hand the access card to the security officer.
  • Those people requiring in-person services may visit our offices, and they may not be accompanied by other people or children, except in cases where their assistance is needed.
  • All people must undergo a temperature check at the entrance, use hand sanitizer, and show their I.D. card.
  • The recommended physical distance of 1.5 meters must be kept at all times.
  • Once the appointment has concluded, visitors must leave the premises immediately.
  • Consuming food or beverages on site is not allowed.


The following people may not enter floor 24:

  • People that report more than 37.8° C in their temperature check.
  • People that are not wearing masks. If visitors do not carry a mask, a disposable one will be provided.
  • Those people that do not have a booked appointment.
