Information on the No. 52 Interim Dividend Payment in USD of Sociedad de Inversiones Pampa Calichera S.A.

Dear Participants,

We wish to inform the shareholders of Sociedad de Inversiones Pampa Calichera S.A. (hereinafter, the "Corporation"), which in the Board General Meeting held on December 30, 2021, whose agreements were ratified in the Board Meeting of January 5, 2022, agreed to distribute as an interim dividend, chargeable to the profits of the fiscal year 2021, the sum of US$185 million, corresponding to US$0.07135401 per Series A share and US$0.07848941 per Series B share.

The dividend payment will take place starting January 13, 2022 for those shareholders registered in the Corporation's Shareholders' Register on the fifth business day before this date.

The payment of the mentioned interim dividends may be made in Chilean Pesos or US Dollars, as requested by the Corporation's shareholders, based on the following procedure if requested in USD:

Those shareholders who choose to receive their dividend payment in US Dollars must request it expressly to the Corporation through a request made by their current legal representative to DCV Registros, before January 10, 2022, via email to This email address is being protected from spambots. To receive the payment, shareholders must provide their name or business name, taxpayer ID number, bank and current account number in dollars, the beneficiary bank's Swift Code, and/or ABA code. In this case, the payment will be made through a bank transfer to the bank account indicated in the request. The request format must be sent to DCV Registros.

Those shareholders that do not request their payment in USD in the form and date previously mentioned will be understood as deciding to receive the payment in pesos irrevocably.
