Dear Participants: The Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) in its search to improve its service to depositors, informs that, as of March 2019, the delivery of statements of accounts under Article 104 of the Income Tax Law, will be able to be carried out in the Apoquindo and Huérfanos offices. As of May, these statements of accounts will only be delivered at the offices located at Huérfanos 770, 22nd floor, Downtown Santiago. These types of requests will continue to be performed via email to the Customer Service Desk, at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Only during this month, we ask you to indicate from which of the addresses the statements of accounts will be picked up. We remind you that these types of certificates must be picked up by duly authorized individuals that are allowed to perform formalities at DCV, and must be done so at the following times: Avenida Apoquindo 4001, 12th floor, district of Las Condes, between 9:00 and 18:00 hours, Monday through Friday. Huérfanos 770, 22nd floor, Downtown Santiago, between 9:00 and 17:00 hours, Monday through Thursday and on Fridays, between 9:00 and 16:00 hours. The costs associated with these types of requests have been maintained.
