We are working to ensure the continuity of our operation

Dear Depositors,

The Depósito Central de Valores, in order to protect the health of its workers and ensure the continuity of its operations, has adopted the following measures, in response to the statement issued by the WHO, which indicates that COVID-19 is a pandemic.

  1. As of March 5th, we instructed that all workers who have visited countries that are in a risk area, must remain under quarantine for the following 14 days (which will be counted from the last day of stay in that country).
  2. Starting today and incrementally we have established the Remote Contingency Work method. This means that a significant percentage of our workers will carry out their functions from their homes.
  3. If any worker, or one from their immediate environment, is diagnosed with the disease, they must report it and not attend DCV. In this case, the 14-day quarantine will operate, until their contagion is ruled out.
  4. All work trips abroad and all visits from abroad are suspended.
  5. As far as possible, we will minimize face-to-face meetings with suppliers and clients, thus, favoring teleconferences

DCV will be in communication with the CMF and participants regarding situations that may affect schedules or services. We have the necessary measures and tools to face the current contingency and trained teams to carry out their work remotely, guaranteeing the continuity of our business safely.

We will soon indicate exceptional measures that will be implemented.
