Ordinary Assembly of Depositors, March 2020

Dear Depositors,:

The Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) calls the Ordinary Assembly of Depositors, which will be held on March 13th, 2020 at 9:00 hours at the AFP ProVida S.A. Auditorium located at Avenida Pedro de Valdivia No. 100, 1st floor, district of Providencia, Santiago.

The topics considered in the citation are the following:

1. Hear the Management Report of the Surveillance Committee.
2. Election of the members (5) of the Supervisory Committee.
3. Approve the budget of the Supervisory Committee.
4. Approve the fees to be paid by depositors for the functioning of the Supervisory Committee and the way they will be determined.
5. Election of the Secretary of the Assembly.
6. Determination of the amount of the guarantees and insurance.
7. Other issues of common interest.

The verification of powers will be performed until 8:30 hours on the day of the Assembly.
