DCV’s service hours and availability of contingency computers

Dear Depositors

The Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) informs that, in order to protect the health of its workers and clients and, in response to the declaration issued by the WHO where it stated that COVID-19 is a pandemic, beginning on Monday, March 23rd, 2020, the hours for receiving documents by the Customer Service Desk (MAC) will be Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 15:00 hours continuously at Av. Apoquindo 4001, 12th, District of Las Condes.

Only the following formalities will be carried out:

  • Reception of forms and letters.
  • Withdrawal of representatives' certificates.
  • No legal record will be received. These must be sent by email with the advanced electronic signature (according to the exceptional procedure published in the bulletin of March 19th, 2020).

Additionally, we inform that the workstations in case of contingency will only be available in the offices located at Torre Nueva Santa María, Av. Los Conquistadores 1730, 24th floor, District of Providencia, from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 15:00 hours continuously (until further notice).

The costs associated with these types of requirements are maintained.
