Exchange of Certificates of the Family Allowance of Caja de Compensación La Araucana

Dear Participants,

The Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) informs that, at the close of business on March 20th, the instrumentalization or exchange of A, B, C, D and E bond series of the Family Allowance of the Caja de Compensación La Araucana will be performed. This, in accordance with the Judicial Reorganization Agreement which the Issuer accepted in relation to F Bonds series (established in the issuance agreement for a fixed amount of F series and its modifications, where this Agreement is registered in the Commission's Registry of Securities for the Financial Market under No. 1,001) and as agreed in the Meeting of Bondholders of A, B, C, D and E series held on March 11th, 2020.
