Communication No payment of capital events

Dear Depositors,

In response to the inquiries received on the procedures to be followed in the event that issuers of securities do not pay, in whole or in part, the capital events associated with their respective issuances registered in the Depósito Central de Valores (DCV), we remind you of the following:

1. Issuers are solely responsible for arranging funds for the full and timely payment of capital events related to their issuances.
2. Issuers are responsible for capital events not paid by it or by the entity it has appointed for these purposes.
3. In the event that a capital event is not paid or any other unforeseen circumstance occurs in relation to the same, depositors -within 5 business days from the respective maturity-, must inform DCV of the total or partial non-payment of the capital event, in which case, and without prejudice to the responsibility of the issuer (as indicated in the preceding paragraph), DCV will deliver the securities so that they can initiate the pertinent collection procedures (in case it they involve physical issuances). The withdrawal of the certificates will be carried out under the terms of Chapter 10.9 of the Internal Regulations of DCV.
4. In the case of dematerialized issuances and upon the request made by depositors, DCV will deliver a certificate of the securities referred to in Article 14 bis of Law 18,876.
5. After the period of 5 business days (referred to previously) has elapsed and after not being notified by the depositor, DCV may return the respective certificates to the issuer, without further responsibility for DCV.
6. If an issuer is subject to a reorganization, renegotiation, court or out of court liquidation process, as provided in Chapter 14.6.2 of the Internal Regulations, DCV will make available to depositors the securities that correspond to the issuer's issuances in the manner described in Chapter 10.9 of the Internal Regulations, or will provide a certificate of the securities referred to in Article 14 bis of Law 18,876, in order to enforce all the corresponding rights.
