Change of location of the vault and hours of operation

Dear Depositors,

The Depósito Central de Valores informs of the change of location of its vault located at Huérfanos 770, floor -1, Downtown Santiago.

The services associated with deposits and withdrawals of physical instruments, FTD (Fixed Term Deposits) and mining bank guarantees, will operate from Monday, May 11th, 2020, and will only regard these operations. Likewise, it will exclusively operate on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, during restricted hours.

For the Deposits and Withdrawals of Social Security System Contribution Certificates of Pension Fund Active Members (BRAA) of Capredena and Dipreca, the operating days for these operations during the month of May will be Wednesdays and Fridays.

Regarding fixed and variable income services associated with the adhesion protocol (under contingency), they remain unchanged until further notice (processing via email notice, according to DCV's web publication of March 30th and successive ones).

Both the enablement of the reception service of physical forms, as well as the deadlines for the regularization of the same, will be announced shortly on our website.
