Provides information about the monthly movements (only from 1 month back) of all the instruments subject to Art. 104, regardless of them having an event or not, in the report’s issuance date.

A report is generated by the depositor (own accounts and nominee omnibus accounts) and one for each one of their investors (individual accounts).

• It will be available as “R164 - Instruments movements statement as per Art.104 LIR” in PDF format. It is generated on the first business day of each month for all depositors and their investors that have instruments as per article 104.

   

• Provides information on all the instruments subject to Art. 104 that had events on the previous month, at the report generation date.

   

• Considers the ownership of each instrument between the date of the previous event and the date of the event informed in the report.

Generated for those depositors subscribed to the 104 statistical reports service.

Provides information about the monthly movements (only from 1 month back) of all the instruments subject to Art.104, regardless of them having an event or not, on the report’s issuance date.

Only one report is generated with all the information that includes all the depositor’s types of accounts.

• It will be available as “ART104- Article 104 Income Tax Law (“LIR”).” Instruments movements statement as per Art.104 LIR (Excel): It is generated on the first business day of each month for all depositors that have subscribed to the statistical report service.

   

• Provides information on all the instruments subject to Art.104 that had events on the previous month of the report generation date.

   

• Considers the ownership of each instrument between the date of the previous event and the date of the event informed in the report.

It is generated in lst format.

• It will be available as R074 - Participants Record Date Certificate in the Reports menu - Persisted reports, after the close of business, from 09:45 p.m.

• It will be generated in PDF format, including the following additional information:

  • ISIN instrument code.

  • Event’s ISO code.

Holder Depositor Report at the Record Date for the Issuer (L090).

Informs the record date for the issuer as a result of the corporate action.

It is generated in lst format.

• It will be available as R075 - Issuer Record Date Certificate in the Reports menu -
• Persisted reports, after the close of business, from 09:45 p.m.
• It will be generated in PDF format, including the following additional information.
  
  • ISIN instrument code.
  • Event’s ISO code.
• The “Blocking Cause” column will be deleted.
