Pledge Creation Certificate

It results from a bilateral transaction in which both the pledgor and the pledgee are involved. It allows deducting the available holdings of an instrument deposited in a pledgor's holdings account, crediting them in blocked holdings of the same account.

It is generated automatically and has an advanced electronic signature (AES).

• It will be available as R060A - Pledge Creation Certificate in the Reports menu – Persisted reports due to the corresponding creation flow.

• It will be generated in PDF format, redesigned.

• It has an advanced electronic signature (AES).

• Available for regular and special pledges.

Pledge Release Certificate

It results from a bilateral transaction in which both the pledgor and the pledgee are involved for regular pledges and only the pledgee (unilateral) for special pledges. It allows releasing a pledge by deducting the blocked holdings of an instrument deposited in a pledgor's account, crediting them in available holdings of the same holdings account.

It is generated automatically and has an advanced electronic signature (AES).

• It will be available as R060B - Pledge Release Certificate in the Reports menu – Persisted reports due to the release flow.

• It will be generated in PDF format, redesigned.

• It has an advanced electronic signature (AES).

• Available for regular and special pledges.

Pledge Execution Certificate

Corresponds to the result of the transactions in which the pledged securities are provided to another Participant in an available holding.

• Available for Regular Pledges (executed by the DCV Legal Department).

• A new certificate will be available as R060E - Pledge Execution Certificate, in the Reports menu – Persisted reports.

• It will be generated automatically, in PDF format, due to the pledge execution flow.

• It will have an advanced electronic signature (AES).

• Available for Special Pledges (executed by the Pledgee).

Pledge Amendment Certificate

It is the result of the bilateral transaction in which the pledgor and the pledgee are involved, allowing amending a previously created pledge.

Not available in the current DCV web application.

• A new certificate will be available as R060C -Pledge Amendment Certificate, in the Reports menu – Persisted reports.

• It will be generated automatically, in PDF format, as a result of the pledge amendment flow.

• It will have an advanced electronic signature (AES).

• Available as a regular and special pledge.

Pledge Granting or Transfer Certificate

It is the result of the bilateral transaction in which the original pledgee of the pledge and its new pledgee are involved. Its purpose is to record the granting and transfer of the guaranty to the latter without unlocking the securities.

Not available in the current DCV web application.

• It is a new certificate that will be available as R060D -Pledge Granting or Transfer Certificate, in the Reports menu – Persisted reports.

• It will be generated automatically, in PDF format, as a result of the pledge granting or transfer flow.

• It will have an advanced electronic signature (AES).

• Available for regular and special pledges.

Pledge Transactions Reports (CSV)

Contains the details on the day's movements that affected the holdings accounts with pledged securities. It is generated daily and received automatically by the pledgee and the pledgor of those pledges that had movements in the web platform's standard electronic file transfer folder.

• There are currently two formats: Report Type.
• Data File Type.

• It will be available as R137 – (CSV) Pledge Transactions Report, in the Reports menu - Persisted reports.

• It will be generated automatically only in CSV format for those participants that have subscribed to the service.

• It will be available after 10:15 PM.

Pledge Transactions Reports

Depositors generate a request, and it is sent to the web platform's electronic file transfer folder.

There are currently two formats:

• Report Type.
• Data File Type.

• It will be available as R137A- Pledge Transactions Report, in the Reports menu– Intraday Reports, as requested by Depositors.

• It will only be generated in PDF format, considering the current content.

• It allows for a quick view.

• It will have an advanced electronic signature (AES).

• Available for regular and special pledges.
