Security Administrator / Removing the Reports Registrations Form to the File Transfer Folder - FRIC

  • In the DCVe Platform, reports are associated with the operator profile provided/set up by the depositor’s Security Administrator. Therefore, it is not necessary to use the FRIC form anymore.

  • Currently, depositors must request the allocation of file transfer folders and authorize access to their operators to obtain the different reports provided by DCV through a form called FRIC.

See the Clients’ standard profiles description user guide in the “Reports Profiles” section

Local Custody / Corporate Actions.

Depositors may do the following in the DCVe Platform:

  • Identify the nomenclature of the main corporate actions based on the ISO standard.
  • View all corporate actions registered by DCV in a schedule per day, week, or month, with their corresponding future and past event dates within the 14 months defined for the information available online.
  • Depositors that have holdings in an instrument, as well as issuers and payers, may view the detailed information of the event at the record date (holders of the holding at the record date, calculation of entitlements per event) and the event’s progress from registered to executed.
  • Please see the information on the instrument associated with the corporate action.

Pledges Service / Migration of Existing Pledges

  • Migrated and non-migrated pledges (history) can still be searched in the DCV web application’s pledges module.

  • Only those pledges that keep balances of blocked instruments in the DCV web application will be migrated on the business day before the launch of the DCVe Platform.
  • The instrument’s balances in the migrated pledges that are already released will not be part of the new pledge in the DCVe Platform.
  • The identification number for each migrated pledge from the DCV web application will be kept in the DCVe Platform.
