This recognition certifies those organizations that have created a positive work experience for their employees. This is based on a rigorous and methodologically robust assessment designed to ensure that the work environment promotes trust, respect, and motivation in the teams.

Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) has achieved an important milestone in its history: for the first time, it was certified as a Great Place to Work in the 2024 version of the Great Place to Work® (GPTW) ranking in the category of organizations with up to 250 employees. This achievement reflects the company's ongoing commitment to the development of a solid organizational culture and a work environment based on the trust and well-being of its employees.

The certification process began with the application of the Trust Index survey, in which 93% of the company's employees participated. This tool measured the teams' perceptions of the work environment, and after scoring 70 points or more, DCV secured its place on this prestigious list. The certification is valid for 12 months and is a symbol of the organization's efforts to foster working relationships based on trust, respect, and pride.
