The "Quality of Life" program was launched in 2023 with the strong purpose of increasing the well-being of those who work at DCV, promoting prevention and self-care through specific actions and general information.
During the first semester of this year, several activities took place, including interactive training, agreements, and benefits designed to elevate the quality of life of all collaborators.
"These actions not only reinforce our internal commitment but also reflect our corporate social responsibility, such as our recent volunteering activities", said Víctor Cortez, Collaborators Experience Leader of DCV's People and Culture Management.
One of the most significant initiatives is the corporate volunteer agreement signed with Corporación Juntos por la Infancia and Corporación Hogar de Menores Cardenal José María Caro formalizing the participation of our company in the program "Together for Children: One Company, One Home," that will benefit around 40 boys, girls, and adolescents that live in the home.
Together with community service, considerable progress has been made in the well-being of our collaborators. The following initiatives took place during the first semester of the year:
"We thank all our collaborators for their dedication and enthusiasm that make these improvements possible and that encourage us to continue working for sustainable development and collective well-being," added Víctor Cortez.
In the second semester, the People and Culture Management will continue working to include more and better initiatives to motivate our collaborators to take care of their well-being.
