After three years without an in-person celebration, DCV celebrated its 30 years of history with its collaborators sharing the transformation challenges of the Company.

Approximately 200 collaborators gathered on May 12th at Centro de Eventos Botánico to celebrate the Company's 30th anniversary. At the event, Guillermo Tagle, Chair of the Board of Directors, wanted to greet all collaborators and remind them of the important role that DCV has in the securities market.

Similarly, General Manager Rodrigo Roblero conveyed a message referring to the Company's new purpose and the challenges it faces looking into the future.

"Today, we are celebrating 30 years of great shared moments. We are also celebrating the possibility of undergoing an important process in our Company, which we have called "Transformation." On this anniversary, we have a new purpose: Moving forward towards building a flexible and agile Company with empowered teams to quickly adapt to the market's and our clients' challenges."

"For those that still wonder why we should undergo this transformation process if we have been successful, I just have to say that the pace of the change increased exponentially, and that transformation stopped being an option. The world is experiencing times of significant change in technology and culture, where what is established is not a condition for it to last in the future."

At DCV, said Mr. Roblero, we have understood this, and that is why we have started important transformation processes such as the DCV Evolution project, the new internal infrastructure focusing on our clients, and the development of the capital market, the DCV Digital initiative together with Nasdaq and the new program called "Cyberawareness," among others.

He concluded his speech by inviting all collaborators to become part of this new cycle of DCV. "We want all of us working at DCV to display the maximum potential of our professional and personal skills, regardless of our origin, sexual orientation, gender, age, and personal interests. We are transforming ourselves to write the future of DCV, which, without a doubt, will be based on all of us.

As part of the tradition, the 30th anniversary was an opportunity to acknowledge collaborators for their years of service, thanking them for their contribution and commitment to the organization. 10-year award: Jaime Fernández, Esteban Gómez, Carmen Gloria Fierro, Myriam Verdejo, and Jorge Loubies. 15-year award: Cristian Velásquez, Lorena Cortes, Loreto Caballero, Macarena Larraguibel, Ana María Cáceres, Andrés Macchiavello, Paola Rodríguez, and Milton Delgado. 25-year award: Paola Michell, Sonia Veliz, Claudio Zamora, Daniel Henriquez, Gloria Oliva, and Reinaldo Bao.
