At DCV, we are committed to corporate integrity, zero
tolerance against corruption and crime, transparency,
and good corporate governance.

Ethical tradition in the development of our professional activity is the result of the development of an integrity management system of which the Corporate Integrity Guidelines are key.

Our aim is for all of our stakeholders to get to know our values and principles so that corporate integrity continues being the central axis of the relations that we establish at Depósito Central de Valores (DCV).

The purpose of the guidelines is to act from the commitment with our principles and values, to guide us in the decision-making process, clarifying any questions that we may have on the proper way of acting under certain circumstances and going in-depth in those commitments and behaviors that are expected from all of those that are part of DCV and its subsidiaries.

In this sense, DCV has undertaken the commitment to work with excellence and integrity, which are principles that can be summarized in the following:

These guidelines are also one of the critical parts of the Corporate Integrity Program, that has been used as a tool to ask questions or file complaints anonymously since 2008 through an external portal: https://dcv.integridadcorporativa.cl, to be investigated and solved accordingly, providing us with the possibility to detect situations in early stages that could put our corporate integrity at risk.

When we face or become aware of a behavior that puts or could put our values at risk, we assume it as an ethical dilemma, and we use this complaints channel for our ethical integrity structure. This channel is also available to our clients, vendors, and related groups.

The support structure for corporate integrity seeks to make the guidelines a reality. At the same time, it acts as a means to detect situations that may put at risk the values and principles of our company in the early stages.

The program contributes to the care of collaborators and our work environment, ensuring that respect, trust, honesty, diversity, inclusion, and integrity are present within our organization.

These guidelines reflect our persistence with the continuous improvement of our processes and services, incorporating the industry's best practices and setting a path in which we will continue working with integrity and transparency, led by the above-mentioned values and principles.
