DCV’S QUALITY OF LIFE PROGRAM PROMOTES PREVENTION AND THE SELF-CARE OF ITS EMPLOYEES.
DCV’S Quality of Life Program is an initiative that was implemented by the company 4 years ago, which seeks to promote instances and best prevention practices and the self-care of its employees.
For this, in 2015 the “Yo elijo vivir saludable” program was inaugurated, which included new benefits and the development of extra-curricular activities. Since then, each year the Quality of Life Program makes available to all DCV and DCV Registros employees a series of free activities aimed at promoting healthy lifestyles. These include health evaluations and vaccination days for the prevention of diseases, active breaks to interrupt the routine of work, among other activities that benefit their health.
Always looking to renew its proposal, this year DCV’s Quality of Life Program has been updated, ensuring activities for each day of the week which include: healthy snacks with a new nutritional proposal; the re-release of the healthy break, where opinions and suggestions of the participants will serve as the basis for structuring the space; Zumba and aero box classes; and early dismissal on Fridays in order to contribute towards a work-life balance.
In addition to the above, a designated day for express massage sessions, a space that premiered in April and which promises to renew the energies of those who work in our company.
