232 people make up this this company representing Depósito Central de Valores and DCV Registros. Every year, this party reunites the collaborators, providing them with the opportunity to connect, meet, reconnect, celebrate their achievements and share projects and challenges that will define the new period. It is important to stop in order to observe those achieved goals, and knowing that it was not made at any cost, but as good corporate citizens, a benchmark of a responsible company, a good employer for the collaborators, a continuous search to go beyond the compliance with laws and standards, is a great satisfaction. Business continuity is still one of the strategic foundations guiding the Company’s activity, remaining committed to the market, which is more evidence of responsible business-making and contribution to clients, shareholders and the industry in general. Under this business concept, an incipient treatment of corporate environmental responsibility began, through “Programa Huella Verde”, which allows the implementation of a set of practices at the offices located at Burgos and Huérfanos streets, such as: DCV is convinced that responsibility begins at home. Hence, it continues being a company that provides competitive and healthy work conditions, in a positive work environment and providing career development opportunities for everyone. With respect to issues such as “diversity and inclusion”, we can attest that they have always been part of our corporate DNA. However, it will go beyond that, will be a declaration, a mandate, since it has become a policy evidencing the feeling and commitment of the entire DCV, with 3 fundamental pillars: 1. Nationality: The company currently has collaborators from Venezuela, Argentina, Cuba, Colombia and Ukraine, who enrich the work teams and allow promoting an inclusive work environment, which values differences and makes the most of individual strengths. 2. Gender: Not all companies in Chile can state, with conviction, that men and women have equal opportunities. Working women have been a fundamental pillar for DCV, and they are everywhere within this company. 3. Inclusion of Disabilities, where DCV is determined to make significant progress. For this purpose, we must have: the opportunity, flexibility, and decision to make it happen. Today, there are two collaborators with disabilities working in DCV, with excellent results in terms of performance and commitment, which has opened the doors to another. It is a very special person, who will teach many collaborators. For DCV, the incorporation of a collaborator having cognitive disabilities IS NOT CHARITY, he will fulfill a role as important as those of the other members of this company, adding value to our processes and acting as any other collaborator. We hope this initiative can be replicated and it will not just be one, but one of many. It is with pride that DCV can say that this is a good company for working mothers and to those that wish to become one in the future, since our company receives those who wish to be integrated to the Chilean society and contribute with their professionalism with affection, and now, we will be able to say that DCV is the best place for people with different capabilities to grow, since the collaborators are respectful, warm and generous persons.
