A ‘movie’ night was the one experienced by DCV’s service quality event participants. This night full of entertainment, friendship, contests and movies was attended by more than 220 guests and executives of DCV, who seized the occasion to share and close one more year of excellent service.

Fernando Yáñez, General Manager of DCV, highlighted the participation of those who assess the services, and thanked for the commitment they have year after year to contribute to the continuing improvement of the Company. He agreed that these opportunities to interact socially are ideal to meet face to face those who are behind the service platform and who help us with their participation.

One of the guests, Erika Prat, from Banco Security acknowledged this was the first time she attended a DCV event, although she has participated in the surveys several times. “They have told me that these events are really entertaining and a good opportunity for friendship. I’ve seen all the movies of the saga so I’m looking forward to this premiere”.

The main objective of this service quality study is to serve as a thermometer of the service that clients receive, providing periodic information about the problems and perceptions.  In this way, it is possible to act in time to correct the negative impacts that deflect it from the high quality standards to which the Company is committed. This year the focus of study was on detecting problems, with the proposal of enlarging the database of clients surveyed with a target of 1,200 surveys annually.

DCV’s end-of-year event, which always presents challenges to surprise and satisfy the guests, is held to thank the clients who assess the Company services along the year through the study performed by Adimark, and this year 2014, DCV wanted to surprise once more by organizing the event on the same day of the premiere of the film The Hunger Games, Mockingjay in movie theatres.

The people invited to the ‘premiere’ were happy to participate in the event, which also coincides with the year-end closing. Hector Delgado, from Principal AGF, said: “This is the fifth time that I have participated in DCV events; they are really good and I love them. I have many friends in the sector who I take the opportunity to greet as the idea is to enjoy a great time of fraternity”.

In turn, Pía González from Euroamérica, highlighted: “Last year I also participated and you always hear comments about the nice events held by DCV. The expectations today are to have a really good time and share a nice evening. I think the idea of going to the cinema is entertaining as I had never been to a premiere; it’s something different, that I think it is positive and original”.

Similarly, Roberto Pérez, from BCI, values the entertaining activities DCV holds at the end of the year for the people who contribute to the study. “DCV has the particularity that each year it improves with this kind of event. I always come open to any surprise. This year’s ‘premiere’ was really good and I hope that DCV continues to surprise us as its events have always exceeded expectations, as it has done in previous activities at Alto San Francisco Event Center and another one, two years ago in Cerro San Cristobal, which were spectacular”.

The participants were received by two hostesses who requested their business cards, which allowed them to participate in entertaining games and win prizes.

The event was conducted by the TV presenter Jessice Abudinen, who performed raffles and contests among the guests on film knowledge while they waited anxiously for The Hunger Games, Mockingjay premiere.
