Dear Participants,
Pension Fund Administrators (AFP) and the Unemployment Fund Administrator (AFC).
The International Custody Service is detailed in the approved annex, which can be found in the Internal Regulations, and in the Guide to the International Custody Service; both available on our website.
The service will cover those securities that are eligible to be deposited with an International Custodian with which DCV maintains a current contract and those securities that are registered in the Foreign Securities Registry, in accordance with the provisions of Title XXIV of Law 18,045.
To join this service, the AFPs and AFCs must sign the international custody annex approved by the Commission for the Financial Market (CMF).
