Dear Depositors,

The Depósito Central de Valores S.A. (DCV), in accordance with the provisions of Number 16.1.1, of the current Internal Regulations, informs its depositors of the new version of the International Custody Operations Guide.
In its version of November 2020, the guide includes the following changes

• Point 2.9 (DECEVAL) is incorporated for the Foreign Stock Exchange, which refers to the new operating model for the negotiation, settlement and custody of Colombian securities, registered in the Foreign Securities Market of the Santiago Stock Exchange (Cross Listing).
