We would like to inform you about a new version of the Integrated Market Guide which has incorporated changes relative to the exercise of the voting interest in Chilean issuers’ shareholders’ meetings by foreign investors within the context of MILA, modifying chapter 6.5.4.5, Annex 06-A and 06-B of the MILA Integrated Market Guide in order to adapt them to the new Corporations Act.

In addition, we advise that the Santiago Stock Exchange, Securities Exchange, has updated the list of registered securities that can be traded in MILA, which may be referred to HERE
