Dear participants,

On February 14 of this year, through circular No. 206, we published a new version of the Integrated Market Guide regarding which the SVS made some observations through Ordinary Letter No. 33,397 dated February 23, 2012.

Furthermore, CAVALI I.C.L.V. has made some clarifications to its voting procedure at shareholders' meetings held by Peruvian issuers.

In light of the above, we have modified chapter 6.5.4.4 "Exercise of political rights before general shareholders' meetings of Peruvian Issuers held in Peru" and Annexes 06 and 06-A contained in the guide.
