DCV, together with various market players, have been developing a service that will allow the registration, signature and the centralized and electronic custody of Forward contracts.
On the occasion of the upcoming launching of this new service, that will be communicated in due course by this same form, DCV has incorporated a new Title 18 to its Internal Rules called Centralized Registry of Forward Contracts, establishing the form, characteristics and conditions for the service rendering and has adapted its current Title 19 – Remunerations for Services – including the rates that will be applied to this service.
The modifications to the Internal Rules were approved by SVS through resolution 79 of february 8, 2011 and they are available in the current version in the Web page of DCV, www.dcv.cl which we invite you to review.
