Circular Letter Nº 189 "Guide of International Custody Service Euroclear Custody"

In the context of international custody service and pursuant to the provisions in the Internal Rules of DCV, we inform about the signing of the agreement with Euroclear Bank S.A./N.V., international securities deposit with presence in more than 90 countries, which provides settlement services and other related for transnational transactions.

We also inform our Depositors about how to deal with these securities and about the regulations that will regulate this service

1. The Depositors who wish to adhere to the International Custody Service must sign only one time, the Appendix to the Contract of Deposit entitled Appendix to International Custody. Fees for this service will be uniform for all the Depositors and will be provided to those who wish to contract the service, who must sign as a sign of acceptance.
2. The foreign securities guarded in DCV will be credited in the current position accounts of the Depositor, identifying through the respective code of the instrument.
3. The trading of these securities in the foreign market will be performed by the Depositors and must be instructed to DCV through the International Operations Register Form (FROI).
4. The economic rights about securities that are kept in Deposit decreed by issuing entities will be subject to the operation practices that are current in DCV.
5. The details and particularities of the service to be provided by DCV are contained in the document entitled “Operation Guide of International Custody Service Euroclear Custody” that the depositors must know and observe as the operating rules of Euroclear which link and access is provided in the mentioned guide.
