Dear Issuers,
Approval/rejection of transactions by the issuer
Case 1: Depositors adhere to the new digital service:
DCV will request the approval/rejection of transactions to issuers only through a PDF report that contains the details of the electronic transactions sent by depositors and not through the Excel form used during the contingency. The means of communication between DCV and the issuer will continue being email.
Case 2: Depositors do NOT adhere to the new digital service:
For a brief period when the new digital service and the procedure adopted during the contingency coexist, DCV will request issuers to approve/reject transactions through the Excel form. The means of communication between DCV and the issuers will continue being the email address currently used.
After the period in which the digital service and the procedure adopted during the contingency coexist ends, which will be informed in a timely manner, the new digital service will be made available, and for those depositors that do not adopt the new service, equity instruments deposit and withdrawal will only be done through a physical form (the previously mentioned contingency procedure cannot be used, and the mechanism used before the health contingency will be used).
The transaction approval/rejection process for issuers will remain unchanged; only the way in which DCV sends information for the approval/rejection of transactions (PDF report or Excel form) In each case:
- If issuers have access to the DCV Evolution (DCVe) Platform, they must approve or reject the orders directly in the platform.
- If issuers do not have access to DCVe, they must continue sending the signed document (PDF report or Excel form) and filling in the approval data. If REJECTED, the document (PDF report or Excel form) must be returned with a simple letter with the reason for rejection.
For any of the cases, documents must be sent to custodia_
If your issuer role requires you to adopt the approvals model directly through the DCV Evolution platform, please contact DCV's Commercial Department for an executive to inform you of the steps to be followed.
