Vivo SpA BVIVO-I Series Interest Capitalization

Depósito Central de Valores informs the bondholders of series BVIVO-I of company Vivo SpA, according to the information received from the issuer, that the conditions set forth in the Second clause, number Two, letter “g” of the public deed of August 23, 2022, registry N° 66.740-2022 are met, due to which, the amount of the interests to be paid, according to the calendar dated July 1, 2024, to the creditors of Series I Bonds will be capitalized and paid as per the capital amortization calendar defined in the new development table.
